IPSD project and ADISA, together to improve Barrier-Free Services for people with special needs

"Support to Improve Citizen – Centric Public Service Delivery in Albania" the European Union - funded project, with "The Agency for the Delivery of Integrated Services Albania" (ADISA), as a beneficiary institution, organized on Wednesday, 28 February, in Hotel Tirana International, the roundtable on "Barrier-Free Services" with Civil Society Organizations representing marginalized groups with different abilities. The IPSD project is implemented by a consortium of companies, among which IDRA Ltd. has an important role in fulfilling project components.

Klos Municipality towards the conclusion of its General Local Plan

In the framework of the finalization of the General Local Plan (GLP) of Klos Municipality, IDRA Research and Consulting and representatives of the city council met on February 13th 2018. The GLP aims to provide the Municipality with a tool to help with the administration of its territory and provide guidelines of a sustainable development for the next 15 years.

Legal Amendments to the Law No.13 / 2016

In the framework of the project "Support to Improve the Provision of Citizens-based Citizens Services" - IPSD, funded by the European Union in cooperation with ADISA "Integrated Services Delivery Agency", the legal workshop "Review of the legal framework and proposals for amendment of ADISA Law "was held on Friday, January 19, 2018, at Hotel Opera, Tirana. The workshop presented the findings of the revision of Law No. 13/2016 and the proposed amendments.

IDRA opens office in Vietnam

Starting from November 2017, IDRA has joined forces with Flow Financial Ltd., a US based company to establish Flow-IDRA Vietnam, a company focused on market research, media intelligence and software development. This move is in line with the ambition of IDRA to go beyond operations in Balkan area and establish itself in new and emerging markets.

A citizen-centered project is launched, supported by the European Union

On Tuesday, November 14th, in integrated center, ADISA Fier took part the inaugural activity of the project "Support to improve citizen-centric public service delivery" - IPSD, funded by the European Union in cooperation with "Agency for the Delivery of Integrated Services Delivery in Albania" ADISA as a beneficiary institution. The project is implemented by a consortium of serious companies, among them IDRA Company, has a significant part of the project's components.
