The closing activity of - "Support for Improvement of Public Services with Citizen Center" – IPSD, project took place this Wednesday at One Stop Shop centre of ADISA Tirana.

Part of this event were ADISA Director Lorin Ymeri, European Union Representative Stephen Stork and IPSD Project Manager Daina Belicka. They emphasized that the technical assistance provided to ADISA through the implementation of this project has created the basis for the establishment of a stable structure of Public Service Delivery in Albania.

Improvement of the legal framework, service deployment, operational management, service delivery mode, business model and capacity building were the six main components of this project.

In the 18 months activity, about 12 national and international expert were engaged under the Consortium comprised of Humelica, IDRA Research & Consulting, ICON and GOPA.

The main objective of the project is to improve the delivery of public services by undertaking legal and structural reforms that will assist in the integration and digitalization of public services in Albania.
