IDRA Research & Consulting continues to care for the professional development of its employees by assisting them in their advanced study programs.
An agreement was recently signed in this context with the University of Tuscia in Italy. The agreement allows interested IDRA employees who meet the pre-defined criteria for each program to pursue PHD degrees. IDRA candidates are subject to all phases of selection, including relevant exams and interviews.
After completing all the selection phases, Olta Cakoni, Head of Market Research at IDRA, is the first beneficiary of this agreement. She will begin her PhD studies in November in Economics, Management, and Quantitative Research program at the University of Tuscia in Viterbo, Italy.
The program will last three years, with the first year consisting of a combination of online and in-person lectures, and the next two years dedicated to research projects by PHD candidates.
The topic chosen by Cakoni is “ The impact assessment of supporting schemes in the agriculture sector in the context of the EU candidate country - the case of Albania”.
During the whole period of study and research (in Italy and abroad), IDRA Research and Consulting will facilitate the mobility and accommodation expenses for the admitted employees.
Once again, IDRA demonstrates that the greatest investment a company can make is in its people. As a result, IDRA has a team of professionals who are enthusiastic, curious, and eager to adopt emerging innovations.
