The closing activity of - "Support for Improvement of Public Services with Citizen Center" – IPSD, project took place this Wednesday at One Stop Shop centre of ADISA Tirana.

During 2018, IDRA Research & Consulting led the World Justice Project "Rule of Law Index 2019", which aimed to collect data for Albania.
In this workshop were discussed key findings of the IDRA study on corruption assessment and methodology used for its conduction. Some of the tools used to collect information were, institutional questionnaires prepared by IDRA, in-depth interviews with staffs, citizen surveys or mystery shopping visits.
